Troop 103 was chartered in November of 1966 in the Battle Road District of the Minuteman Council by the Boy Scouts of America. In the mid 1990s, the Minuteman council merged with the Boston Council to become the Boston Minuteman Council of today. The district has had many names over the years. We are now part of the Flintlock District comprising the towns of Bedford, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Hanscom AFB, Lexington, Lincoln, North Reading, Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, Winchester, and Woburn. We have grown significantly from 5 scouts in our inaugural year to over 30 scouts for 2009.
